Don’t even start. We’re talking bigger picture here. There’s no fad or hack. You need to own all your “workouts.” Start with owning your body and your patterns of movement. Trust us, you’ll appreciate this advice.

Do I need to be in shape to start working with you?

Absolutely not! You don’t need to “get in shape” before getting in shape. It’s like cleaning the house before the cleaning service arrives—unnecessary and a little counterproductive. Wherever you are right now is the perfect starting point. We’ll meet you there and help you build from the ground up.

How long will it take to see results?

That depends on your goals, consistency, and what you define as “results.” Want to feel less stiff after sitting all day? You might notice that in a day or week(s). Want to move like a ninja? That’s a journey, not a sprint. But trust us—every step (or lunge) counts, and you’ll feel the difference sooner than you think.

What if I have past injuries?

No worries—we don’t believe in cookie-cutter programs. We assess your needs, work around any injuries, and build an approach that helps you strengthen what’s weak and ease what’s overworked. Think of it as movement rehab with a side of badassery.
